Sheehan Capital Partners is a privately-owned Family business founded in Cork. The business is headquartered in Ballincollig where Managing Partner John Sheehan overseas a team of property professionals.

As a family partnership we look to extend a partnership approach to all our tenants and suppliers.

The ethos of our business is to provide high quality bespoke business space to all commercial property sectors. We have provided business space for Offices, Warehousing, Shared/Serviced Office Centres, Retail shops, Bar, Restaurant and Café premises for a wide range of satisfied tenants.

Under the stewardship of John Sheehan, the Partnership have concluded over €40m worth of investments over a 10 year plus period.

Our Straightforward approach is underpinned by our considerable track record, our team draws on experience in finance, development, food and beverage, service and retail sectors.

We are actively looking for further opportunities and can tailor business space to meet the tenants needs. Our partnership approach allows us to be flexible to meet the tenants needs on both the physical space and the lease structures.

Managing Partner – JOHN SHEEHAN BALLINCOLLIG

John Sheehan is the managing partner of Sheehan Capital Partners and is based in his home town of Ballincollig where the partnership is heavily invested in the local economy. John previously owned the successful Security Company “Sheehan Group” which was a nationwide provider of security services for blue chip occupiers.

Through this he is acutely aware of occupiers needs. Sheehan Group was based in Ballincollig where John Sheehan was the CEO. Having sold the business in the early 2000’s John focused on the property sector full time. He has delivered residential, commercial developments as well as invested across all major commercial property sectors.
